Safety, weather and accessibility
This activity is weather-dependent and can be cancelled or moved by the pilot at short notice. That decision is a safety process, not a service failure — read how cancellations work before you book a tight itinerary.
Our safety centre explains the checks, briefings and pilot requirements involved. Accessibility, age and medical restrictions vary by experience and are being confirmed with the operator — tell us about mobility needs, pregnancy, recent surgery or back and neck problems when you enquire and we will give you a straight answer.
Verified customer reviews
