Age limits
Operators set minimum ages and they vary. Our operator's confirmed minimum age is still pending; message us with your children's ages before booking and we will confirm rather than guess.
What makes it work for children
- • Being tall enough to see over the basket edge, or the flight is much less interesting
- • Being able to stand still for the whole flight
- • An early bedtime the night before
Private baskets and families
A private basket is often worth it with children: you are not managing your family's noise and questions around other passengers, and the timing is yours.
The alternative if they are too young
Tandem paragliding has its own age and weight limits and is not a substitute for very young children. In that case, take them to watch a balloon inflation instead — plenty of families do exactly this.
